In the beautiful medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, you will find a superb medieval stone building on the market square: the Auberge du Marronnier. You can go to the coffee side to taste a glass of wine and why not a rosé or a white wine from Auxois, while on the hostel side you can taste regional specialities such as parsley ham or snails from Burgundy. A nice stopover that offers you the opportunity to enjoy a little more of your escapade in the Auxois. In summer the terrace is perfect in the shade of the chestnut tree.

Joli resto gens très accueillant et très serviable rapide et efficace. Bien manger bien bon bœuf bourgui avec gratin dauphinois et haricots. Ça reste simple... ça vaut le coup de s'y arrêter manger

Ne vous laisser pas tenter par le charme les lieux. Il n'y a que ça de bien. Vous avons commandé des sorbets...qui s'étaient transformés en granité, immangeable, un serveur me répond qui ont fondu pendant le transport puis remis au congélateur mais pas grave... Je ferai remonter l'information au patron...Pas de geste commercial. Scandaleux
