Welcome to the Table de Guillaume Royer, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015, who took over this restaurant in 2022. A lover of the Burgundy terroir, the chef concocts a cuisine that is an ode to regional traditions at a price that remains affordable. Products are fresh, seasonal and rigorously selected. On the menu, the chef's pâté en croûte and Gaston Gérard-style poultry supreme are a must. A special mention goes to the crème brûlée with Châteauneuf honey, which revisits this great classic with a more-than-local product!
