Based in Châtillon-sur-Seine since 2018, Anne and Frédéric met in the restaurant business and opened their own restaurant together. First a bar, then a crêperie, L'Évidence is now a well-known restaurant in the Châtillonnais area. The value for money is excellent, and every dish is home-cooked. The chef renews his menu according to the season and his current inspirations. Anne serves with great kindness, and you'll even get a bouquet of flowers from a Châtillon store on the table!
