The restaurant's vast dining room, a blend of classic and modern, is in harmony with the chef's cuisine. His recipes are authentic, creative and evolve with the seasons. Indeed, very good restaurant, including it is barely any more! No cuisine assembly, here not frozen, everything is authentic, good quality (I was likely to visit the kitchens, and the cellar!). Finally, a restaurateur who does not card-index a its clientele, nor his profession. And you have to go as far as Châtillon-sur-Seine to find that. Or to fall above by chance, as it was my case. The hotel is the same, with decent prices, and the discreet charm specific to the province. Nothing to complain about. It was divine surprise.
