At Easter celebrations, the shop window is worth a look: Serge Barbier makes chocolate eggs worthy of a theatre decor. Finally, as soon as summer is back, the Barbier shop prepares its delicious homemade ice cream. This pastry shop lives up to its promises and the number of customers is a proof of the quality of the products which are sold. If you go to Châtillon-sur-Seine, a gourmet detour is compulsory! De bediening mag wel wat vriendelijker en begripvoller.
Ze hadden trouwens een gouden greep kunnen doen door ook brood te verkopen op dit moment aangezien alle bakkers in het dorp tegelijkertijd gesloten zijn.
Er worden hier voor zover ik kon zien alleen gebak, chocolade en belegde /harige broodjes verkocht.
Produit excellent
MAIS la patronne n’est pas concernée par le client, elle discute avec la factrice, ne dit pas bonjour et d’ailleurs ni au revoir.
Heureusement la vendeuse est très sympathique professionnelle et courtoise
