This cooperative was created in 2009 by 7 young women from the region to highlight local products and to energize the village. Since then, they have opened a café-grocery on the square of Christos Rahon where we stop to have a coffee while tasting cookies and homemade cakes. We take the opportunity to shop for organic and made in Ikaria: honey and infused olive oils, cosmetics and herbal medicine, jams and chutney ... Ideal for a break during the day.
