Jérôme Hoechstetter and Deborah Lichtlé have taken over this legendary address and are now bringing it a welcome breath of fresh air. Jérôme, who used to be a butcher, gives pride of place to meats on the menu. He knows how to sublimate them like no one else, and doesn't hesitate to offer precious advice on how to best appreciate them. Those who prefer something else can rest assured: we've thought of them just as well. Whether you come for lunch or dinner, you'll always find the same pleasant, warm atmosphere, and Deborah's smile is a big part of it.
