PALAZZO BESTA
Curious to find a Renaissance-style aristocratic residence in the heart of this mountain valley! Yet this Palazzo bears witness to the importance and influence of the family of local lords, the Besta in the th century. Built in 1433, you can still admire the courtyard surrounded by a loggia, and the rooms on the first floor decorated with interesting frescoes depicting scenes from the Métamorphoses, the furious Roland of Ludovico Ariosto or biblical scenes. On the ground floor there is a small archaeological museum, the Antiquarium Tellinum with rare vestiges of prehistory, including the stele of La Dea Madre.
