Housed in the 18th century palace, Sassi de' Lavizzari, the museum traces the history of the Valley through artistic and historical evidence. The museum itinerary is divided into six sections, starting with a discovery of traditional dwellings from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages, the local expressions of religious art, and then the painting collections (from the 14th to the 18th century). A section of contemporary art closes the collection.
