Set on a hillside in grounds planted with old trees, this small hotel welcomes you to an idyllic, picturesque setting not far from the banks of the Isar and Kalvarienberg rivers. The rooms are beautifully designed, with antique wooden furniture giving the decor a slightly Biedermeier(old school) feel. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, toilet and wi-fi connection. From their balcony, they offer a beautiful view of the Bad Tölz surroundings. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Obwohl lt. Booking ausgebucht, haben wir ni jein Zimmer bekommen. Zimmer unterm Dach absolut zu empfehlen. Da mit dem Rad unterwegs nur eine Nacht. Haben uns total über dieses Zimmer gefreut, da das Haus und das Zimmer richtig tolle atmosphäre hatten.

Ich war im kolbergarten, das ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Um Treppenhaus hatte ich dann aber doch eine schlimme Vorahnung, von wegen alt usw. Bin aber im Zimm er im 1. Stock dann sehr positiv überrascht worden, sehr modernes Bad, Parkettboden, gut der Teppich hatte Flecken, aber ich bin so zufrieden gewesen, dass ich gleich wieder gebucht habe. Frühstück auch sehr reichlich und die Preise beim Abendessen wirklich auch ok.

Bei diesem Hotel klaffen zwischen Wirklichkeit und sehr schönen Bildern im Internet sehr große Lücken. Das Hotel ist sehr abgewirtschaftet. Ich war im Altbau untergebracht. Es ist ein Balkon vorhanden aber nicht einmal 2 Stühle dafür. Das Personal ist total desinteressiert am Wohl des Gastes. Das Zimmer wurde innerhalb einer Woche nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Ich gehöre der älteren Generation an (71) und musste bis in die 3Etage 70 Stufen ohne Aufzug. Ich hatte frühzeitig (6 Monate) vorher gebucht. Bei Nachfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer wurde mir nur lapidar mitgeteilt, dass ich für 2 Tage tauschen kann weil ich so kurzfristig gebucht habe. Man sollte es sich reiflich überlegen, dieses Hotel zu buchen.
