Administrative building dating from 1979 housing the municipal services in Ad Tölz.
The present building only dates from 1979, but it was built on the foundations of a former princely residence dating back to the middle of the 15th century (by order of Albrecht III). Unfortunately, in 1770, unlike other disasters of the time that reduced architectural treasures to ashes, it was not fire that caused its loss but floods following a violent storm, to the point of washing away part of the said foundations. An administrative building took its place before being renovated in 1979 to house the municipal services.
