The Gastronomisk Institut is located in a magnificent building: the Knudhule Badehotel, overlooking Knudsø and the surrounding Himmelbjerg and Himmelbjergtårnet. Tasty cuisine in pleasant surroundings. Seasonal menus combine a choice of 2 to 5 dishes, with or without accompanying wines. A hotel school where you can also sleep. A great service for future hotel professionals.
