A festival in the middle of nature, under the cover of the forest, with a troll as mascot: that's Smukfest in Skanderborg!
Skanderborg has been hosting a music festival since 1980: Smukfest. In the heart of a poplar forest, this event has quickly gained its letters of nobility until being elected "Most beautiful festival of Denmark". All styles for all tastes (rock, pop, folk, hip-hop, electro...). The mascot of the festival is called Waltidur Festismuk Kærligkys Ølimund Rockilund Trold, which means Waltidur the troll! The enchanting setting of the forest, the calm waters of the lake and the "peace and love" atmosphere that reigns there, give this festival a magical atmosphere.
