ALTAVISTA
Renovated bodega with 2 emblematic grape varieties and other more classic Uco Valley varieties
This completely renovated 19th-century bodega combines French know-how with the richness of Argentine terroir. The d'Aulan family has ventured into the production of "new world" wines in Argentina and Hungary. In 1998, they planted the first vines of Malbec, while they prefer to grow Torrontes in Cafayate, two emblematic grape varieties of the country, and other more classic varieties in the Uco valley. The estate is planted with 5 hectares of lavender and some 50 hundred-year-old olive trees.
