The founders of this bodega landed from Italy in 1888 to plant the first vines on these well-placed hillsides, and then it passed from hand to hand to the Senetiner family. Santiago Mayorga, the estate's winemaker, is the only Argentinean to have been awarded in "The Future 50": he was placed among the 50 promising young professionals in the wine industry.
