QUEBRADA DE DON EDUARDO
Guide offering tours to see the geological formations of the La Quebrada de Don Eduardo canyon, which runs parallel to the Talampaya canyon
Don Eduardo's Quebrada offers a very beautiful trek of 2h30 in a canyon parallel to the one of Talampaya. The landscape is made up of high walls of coloured strata, green meadows and surprising geological forms. The guide takes the visitors to crawl in the "olla seca", the "empty cauldron", a circular space surrounded by red walls. For the little anecdote: the Quebrada is named after a local muleteer who lived here before the place was declared a national park. Some unexplored corners can be explored by mule.
