A visit to the Auberge is a must, with its rustic decor and large central fireplace where wood-fired grills are a must. The dishes on the menu are influenced by local cuisine, sometimes served with a Thai broth, such as this fillet of sea bass and its seasonal vegetables. Jean-Charles Fagot prepares his own wine list as he is also a winemaker. Opt for the regional menu, the poached eggs with Chardonnay and the grilled sirloin steak with Epoisses sauce, yummy!

Nous avons été mal reçu dans ce restaurant que nous avions pourtant réservé plus d’une semaine à l'avance. Les serveurs font leur travail correctement, cependant c'est l'accueil du patron qui laisse vraiment à désirer… les réflexions que nous avons reçues étaient le reflet de son manque de professionnalisme. Et pour finir, nous avons payé extrêmement cher pour la quantité de nourriture qui nous a été servie …

Une honte. Un service déplorable, des produits de mauvaises qualités et un prix exubérant. Je ne comprends même pas que des restaurants de ce type existe encore aujourd’hui.
