A visit to the Auberge is a must, with its rustic decor and large central fireplace where wood-fired grills are a must. The dishes on the menu are influenced by local cuisine, sometimes served with a Thai broth, such as this fillet of sea bass and its seasonal vegetables. Jean-Charles Fagot prepares his own wine list as he is also a winemaker. Opt for the regional menu, the poached eggs with Chardonnay and the grilled sirloin steak with Epoisses sauce, yummy!

excellent accueil et service. Petit bémol sur le suprème de volaille la viande était rouge au niveau de l'os.Pour le reste du ménu tout était bon.

Une équipe aux petits soins et des plats des plats excellents, Florian nous a aussi trouvé un excellent vin pour accompagner nos viandes, un régal!
