In the shadow of a beautiful cedar in Lebanon, this restaurant receives a business clientele. The map is renewed by the seasons, by Chef Pascal Guignard. Among other things: the maison of homemade foie gras, the ris of calf and kidney to the étouffade, sole meunière with lightly citronné butter, the beef net way pot-au-fire and its vegetables of yesteryear and finally, a tiramisu to iced brown, a square of nuts, anglaise anglaise or a banana-chocolate dessert, caramel sauce. The restaurant is linked to the Hotel Mercure Meudon-la-Forêt (65 rooms, including 3 rooms for disabled guests).

Super restaurant, nous avons appréciés l’accueil, l’équipe est réellement à l’écoute. La nourriture est juste excellente, nous reviendrais c’est une certitude ! Petite plus pour être proche de la forêt, le calme et la cadre est incroyable !

Très bon accueil, service irréprochable personnel à l'écoute de nos attentes. Une cuisine raffinée. Nous avons passé un moment agréable, le petit plus un groupe de musiciens pour l'ambiance. Je recommande vivement. A bientôt.
