In the shadow of a beautiful cedar in Lebanon, this restaurant receives a business clientele. The map is renewed by the seasons, by Chef Pascal Guignard. Among other things: the maison of homemade foie gras, the ris of calf and kidney to the étouffade, sole meunière with lightly citronné butter, the beef net way pot-au-fire and its vegetables of yesteryear and finally, a tiramisu to iced brown, a square of nuts, anglaise anglaise or a banana-chocolate dessert, caramel sauce. The restaurant is linked to the Hotel Mercure Meudon-la-Forêt (65 rooms, including 3 rooms for disabled guests).

Pas extraordinaire, j’ai connu mieux. La pâtisserie n’est pas bonne, le pain, la viennoiserie moyens, mais beaucoup de choix même si la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous. Très bons œufs brouillés. Accueil sympathique.

Même si le personnel était sympathique, il n'était pas toujours compétant sur l'explication des plats ! les ingrédients utilisés pour les plats sont frais et bons mais la cuisine n'est pas exceptionnelle. Un peu déçu par rapport aux avis précédents.....
C'est un restaurant de passage pour l'hôtel qui se situe juste à côté !
