A tribute to local gastronomy and regional products: that's how Maxime Lesobre, the new chef at Château de Courban, sums up his cuisine. In this gourmet restaurant, dishes change frequently. From revisited Burgundian classics to bold, modern cuisine, the 7 courses are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. Nous avons pu profiter en plein été de l'agréable terrasse de ce restaurant. La cuisine est par ailleurs très bien exécutée et originale car le chef est japonais. A refaire !

Magnifique séjour dans cet établissement, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain grandiose, un petit reproche , celles de l'étage sans grandes fenêtres.
Un repas original, mélangeant une cuisine française et des saveurs asiatiques.
Un service parfait, ainsi que la petit déjeuner très complet.
Piscine et spa pour compléter notre séjour, un massage parfait.
