Les Portes de Bourgogne is first and foremost a young chef, Denis Gilbert who has settled in Pouilly-en-Auxois in a new building at the heart of the Activités area of activity. A bright room, a wonderful terrace, despite its location and view of the motorway. At noon, a menu of the day and some simple and quick formulas with all day products cooked on site. For gourmets, a map with our favourite Burgundy dishes, eggs in meurette, frogs'legs or chicken Gaston Gérard.
