IGLESIA DE SAN TIRSO
Church, of Romanesque and Mudejar style, with a tower with remarkable cornices in Sahagún.
The construction of this church dates back to the twelfth century, in a Romanesque style, and later continues in a Mudejar style. Thus, the ashlar used at the beginning of the construction is gradually replaced by brick. The church has a triple apse and a tower with remarkable cornices. Inside, there is a 15th century representation of San Miguel overcoming the evil one, a remarkable neoclassical altarpiece, two alabaster chairs, and an urn containing the remains of San Facundo and San Primitivo.
