Anne-Catherine Roedel, third generation, continues to run the pot of the Abtey house by perpetuating family tradition and craftsmanship. Its flagship product is a small fruit-shaped chocolate with its liqueur. Different and original forms of chocolate (champagne cap, small bottles, small glasses and other umbrellas) are covered with kirsch, raspberry, pear, mirabelle… or Grand Marnier, cognac Rémy Martin, pastis. Other liqueurs add a touch of originality; rum coco, lemon gin, tequila orange and apple vodka… The 130 m ² sales space allows visitors to discover the workshop and the manufacture of chocolates through a very large glass bay.

Il y a une bonne variété de chocolats, de belles "oeuvres" et surtout le chocolat est de bonne qualité et est excellent.
J'ai acheté mes chocolats de Pâques chez eux, et personne n'a fait de retour négatif, ils étaient tous contents de l'originalité des lapins (cuisinier, super-héros, pompier) et l'ont trouvé très bon.
