It was the first of theaterro 's works to see the light of day. It was inaugurated in 2003. Like the Fundação Oscar Niemeyer, it's another all-white half-sphere on the ground, but much smaller. Inside, the memorial features an information and data printing center, and an auditorium. Since May 2013, it has been equipped with a virtual library, the memory center of the history of Fluminense literature, which includes almost 680 titles that have fallen into the public domain.
