Welcome to the ramen temple in Detroit! While the menu is strongly inspired by the land of the Rising Sun, he also does not hesitate to explore the flavours of the world. Johnny's must-have specialty is shoyu, made with pork belly, nori seaweed, egg, green onions, bamboo, katsuobushi flakes (dried, fermented and smoked striped bonito preparation) and narutomaki (fish pâté culinary decoration) - vegetarian option also available. The Southwest, a version in local colours that clearly defines the cultural diversity of the neighbourhood, is also recommended. The slate includes some Japanese products such as teas, sake and Japanese beers, as well as absolutely delicious cocktails. Excellent value for money!
