EL BARZON
El Barzon offers a fine cuisine with Italian and Mexican inspiration, all under the supervision of the owner-owner Norberto Garita who went hand in New York before spending eight years at Il Posto Ristorante in Detroit. The frame is secluded but far from falling into the kitsch. In slate, Italian specialities, including homemade fresh pasta, veal and chicken in all their combinations, but also typical Mexican dishes such as the mole poblano, the chiles chiles, or the barbacoa of chivo al horno. Some fish and seafood dishes also. A beautiful address for a head-to-head meal.
