This is one of the West Village's finest restaurants. It offers a "farm-to-table" gourmet experience, sourcing its produce from small Michigan producers. Marrow is also known for its butcher shop (open Thursday to Sunday), which sells fine cuts of meat, always with a locavore focus. Needless to say, we recommend the restaurant's in-house charcuterie. Also worth a visit: the new premises of Marrow Detroit Provisions in Eastern Market (butcher's shop and restaurant).
