A real complex with a roof terrace with bar and barbecue, a bowling alley with restaurant, and two performance halls, Majestic Theatre and Magic Stick. The building dates from 1915 and imposes itself only by its very Art Deco front. Inside, in the different spaces, the atmosphere is relaxed. On the concert side, the programming is mainly oriented towards indie rock, but also metal, folk, hip-hop, electro, etc. Several renowned artists have performed there such as George Clinton, Dr. John, Sonic Youth, Fela Kuti...
