Listed on the National Heritage Register since 1989, this theater was built in 1928 for William Fox, founder of 20th Century Fox. Its Art Deco façade and sumptuous interior make it one of the finest in the country. At the time of its construction, the Fox Theatre was the second largest theater in the world, second only to the Gaumont-Palace in Paris. Today, the Fox Theatre presents music, dance and comedy shows, musicals and musical greats, as well as shows for young audiences.
