The Detroit Masonic Temple is the largest in the world and was built between 1920 and 1926 according to the plans of the architectural firm George Mason and Company. The opening concert was held on February 22, 1926 with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. There are a few works of the sculptor Corrado Parducci in the lobby, as well as several artistic details of the sculptor through the building. Guided tours are offered for those wishing to discover the history and architecture of the Masonic Temple (1 st and 3 rd Sunday of the month, except for exceptions). Programming side, a few shows a month, ranging from music of all kinds to humor. In October, you should not miss the Theater Bizarre event, a very special masquerade with public benefits. To see!
