A family-run business, Collect Beer Bar is dedicated - as its name clearly indicates - to craft beers. It's the ideal place to dip your lips in a froth (local or otherwise), but also to discover ciders, seltzers, wines and tutti quanti. After a few years in the Eastern Market area, the bar has moved to a brand-new, ultra-bright, ultra-design space in the East Village. If you're feeling peckish, you can enjoy hot dogs on site, and pop-up restaurants often take over the premises.
