Occupying the former premises of the Detroit Institute of Bagels since autumn 2021 (the latter is now located on Grand River Avenue), this coffee-roaster and coffee-shop clearly has a well-established clientele that never ceases to praise the premises. In addition to coffees served in every conceivable way (espresso, pour-over, cold brew...), the place offers small dishes on the go, including bagels, in a nod to the past of this Corktown neighborhood locale. James Oliver also runs another branch in The Guardian Building.
