A well-known coffee roastery in town, set up right across from the Farmer's Market Shed 2. It's also the only place in Detroit to see roasting and packaging operations from A to Z. Germack works with importers based in producing countries, and constantly ensures the high quality of its coffee beans. In the same building is Germack Pistachio, which offers roasted nuts and seeds, as well as peanut butter (the best in the world), chocolate, dried fruit and other gourmet products.
