This restaurant is a real institution, many times awarded and having benefited from numerous television appearances. Koreans flock to the restaurant to enjoy an exquisite bibimguksu/비빔국수 (a mixture of two traditional dishes). It consists of simple ingredients: buckwheat noodles, soybean sprouts and other vegetables, beef tartar style and covered with the indispensable gochujang. Simple but delicious cooking!
