A complete formula for global fitness. The Toni Thermal Centre offers a heated swimming pool at 31 degrees, a gym with its training facilities, various fitness classes and an idyllic setting. Lessons usually last 45 minutes, except for flash flash sessions (15 minutes). Slots and course schedules adapt to the jobs of everyone. You can choose to subscribe for a quarter, half or a year, to the gym formula, giving access to the swimming pool, whirlpool and steam bath, or to the gym offering access to aircraft and courses. You can also choose to have access to both. The little more? UV meetings at your disposal. A true fitness centre where you have personalized advice to maintain your body and tone. Mothers can get their babies to swim in 4 months. Aquaphobie courses were also put in place for those who would not dare to sink into water.
