On the ground floor: a very light, air-conditioned, multi-functional classroom room dedicated to cardio work. In the basement: two machine rooms and changing rooms. Set under a magnificent raw stone arch, this gym has a crazy stamp. The activities listed here are all distributed at three levels: initiation, intermediate, advanced. You'll be happy to go to a few step-by-step sessions, aerobics, dance party, zumba or Latino aéro… For more intense activity, try boxing or cross-training. And for those who want concrete muscles, don't miss the course of muscle reinforcement and relaxation. After effort, comfort: go to the sauna to eliminate toxins! The slots are multiple and adapt to all agendas.
