Renovate your home :
EFFILOGIS-Maison individuelle: developed by the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Region, in partnership with certain local authorities, this public service relies on a network of France Rénov' advisors to support you throughout your energy renovation project. Technical and financial advice is neutral and free of charge. Find an advisor near you: https://www.effilogis.fr/trouver-mon-conseiller
PIG (general interest program): Dijon métropole is rolling out the Hanah program throughout its territory, aimed at owner-occupiers and landlords. To finance their work, residents can obtain assistance from the Anah, ranging from 30% to 80% of the cost of the work, in some cases supplemented by Dijon Métropole to the tune of 5% to 20%.
MaPrimeRénov': Rénovéco guides Dijon Métropole residents wishing to embark on a comprehensive renovation project to qualify for this bonus. MaPrimeRénov' is an essential tool for the French government to step up its efforts to promote the renovation of older housing stock. In 2024, MaPrimeRénov' will give priority to the most ambitious projects, and will provide dedicated support via a Rénov' advisor.
Renovate your condominium:
MaPrimeRénov' Copropriété: as part of the France Relance plan and the extension of the MaPrimeRénov' scheme, the government has introduced in 2021 a grant dedicated to the energy renovation of condominiums. The scheme, called MaPrimeRénov' Copropriété, is aimed at all condominiums more than 15 years old, more than 75% of whose lots are used as primary residences, or 65% for condominiums with fewer than 20 lots, and which have a renovation project generating an energy gain of at least 35% after work. The scheme provides for assistance of at least 30% of the cost of the work, up to a maximum of €25,000 per dwelling. It also provides for additional assistance to finance the services of a professional project manager, a bonus for exiting an energy sieve (+10%), a bonus for fragile co-ownerships and those in difficulty (+20%), as well as individual bonuses for co-owners on modest and very modest incomes (€1,500 and €3,000 respectively).
It should be noted that Dijon métropole supports collective renovation projects by increasing the individual grants awarded to low-income co-owners by MaPrimeRénov' Copropriété.
EFFILOGIS - Co-ownership. The Region provides financial assistance to encourage collective energy-efficiency renovation projects:
- up to 50% for an energy audit, subject to certain conditions,
- up to 50% for project management assistance (AMO). This assistance can be combined with MaPrimeRénov.

Since October 12, 2020, the collective Energy Savings Certificate (CEE) program has been extended to all types of comprehensive thermal renovation. The aim of this "helping hand" scheme is to provide financial incentives for owners of collective residential buildings in mainland France to carry out high-performance overall renovation of their communal or private areas of collective interest. Eligible projects include comprehensive renovations, insulation of the building, replacement of heating, cooling, hot water and lighting systems, resulting in energy savings of at least 35% compared with the situation before the work was carried out.
