URBANIS
Urbanis is a private consulting firm with more than 40 years of experience in advising local authorities on their housing policy, local housing programmes and programmes for the rehabilitation and renovation of old housing (Opah and Pig). The regional agency has three branches in Auxerre, Chalon-sur-Saône and Dijon, with 27 employees (social workers, architects, thermal engineers, town planners, etc.) and works for many local authorities in Burgundy-Franche-Comté. She is also an operator and project management assistant for private individuals within the framework of their housing rehabilitation projects with Anah, Action Logement (Voluntary Investment Plan) or the Region (Effilogis). The design office also provides assistance to co-ownerships (trustees and trade union councils), always in the form of project management assistance in the context of energy renovation projects. The aim is then to help the co-owners to define their work projects, to surround themselves with the right contacts (in particular by putting the project managers in competition with each other) and to optimise the projects financially (search for available financial aid). Urbanis also assists local authorities who wish to do so in observing condominiums and defining strategies adapted to the problems encountered, in connection with the funding and programmes made available by the State to help manage, define and implement work programmes on fragile or ailing condominiums.
