RE 2020 and soon RE2025 - Since January 2022, RE 2020 has required us to design tomorrow's buildings differently. Sageco is well aware of these developments, and can provide architects with support in complying with the new regulations.

SAGECO is also a privileged partner for the implementation of the tertiary sector decree. The decree applies to all commercial buildings over 1,000 square meters, and aims to diagnose energy consumption and initiate a reduction of up to 40% by 2030, and up to 60% by 2050.
