Founded in 1964, Pacotte & Mignotte brings together all the skills of exterior joinery, closure and interior fittings. Today, the company is a leading manufacturer of windows, doors, shutters and verandas in Burgundy and sells, designs, produces and installs its products throughout the north-east quarter of France.
History. The history of Pacotte & Mignotte began in 1964, with the creation of the wood joinery by Jean Mignotte in Dijon. At the beginning of the 1980s, the company decided to diversify into PVC joinery, a technical and high-performance product that allowed it to equip numerous projects in Burgundy, but also in the Ile-de-France region, where the company set up its first branch. Aluminium, a fine, robust and trendy material, will then be added to the product range, as well as roller shutters, an essential complement to the building envelope.
The products. All PVC, aluminium and wood materials are processed at the two sites in Dijon. A point of honour is placed on the local sourcing of its raw materials for the elaboration of its products: profiles, hardware, glazing... This philosophy will lead the PVC production to the label Origine France Garantie in May 2015. Aluminium and roller shutter production should soon be awarded the same label.
The pluses. Since we do not sell through a network of retailers, the direct manufacturer label makes sense and guarantees that "producing in France" is not more expensive.

Dès le premier contact, l'équipe de Pacotte & Mignotte s'est montrée très professionnelle. Ils ont fourni un devis détaillé et compétitif, ce qui m'a convaincu de choisir leur entreprise. Ce qui m'a particulièrement impressionné, c'est qu'ils fabriquent eux-mêmes les portes et fenêtres, évitant ainsi la sous-traitance qui aurait pu faire grimper les prix. Cela montre leur engagement envers la qualité et leur volonté de proposer des tarifs abordables.
La pose des portes et fenêtres a été effectuée de manière impeccable. L'équipe de poseurs était compétente, rapide et professionnelle. Ils ont travaillé avec discrétion et politesse, tout en veillant à respecter les délais. J'ai été impressionné par leur précision et leur souci du détail. De plus, à la fin de chaque journée, ils ont laissé le chantier propre et bien rangé, ce qui était très appréciable.
Je suis tellement satisfait du travail réalisé par Pacotte & Mignotte que je prévois de leur confier un deuxième chantier pour l'installation de volets, ainsi que deux autres grandes entrées. Je suis convaincu qu'ils maintiendront le même niveau d'excellence dans tous leurs projets.
