Without a license, it's allowed and it's even very economical. All you need is to be 18 years old and have a quadricycle driving licence. Without a driving license, you'll have access to a 2-seater vehicle with a maximum speed of 50 km/h, ideal for city driving or short trips. You'll even be able to take advantage of the urban and economical mobility that's currently in vogue, and you may soon be able to rent a Renault Twizy 45 electric vehicle with a range of 120 km. At Movingcar, you can opt for daily, weekend, weekly or monthly rental. Today's license-free car has the look of a classic, elegant micro-city car, consumes very little fuel and can be very well equipped with electric windows, radio... you're on the road, license-free.
