Très bonnes prestations guide pour l'après midi du 241123. Très agréable et professionnelle sur le parcour du parc divia, grand merci à Elle. Également très bonnes prestations di'nformations entretien, réparations atelier tram par un technicien très professionnel qui a su répondre à toutes les questions du groupe., très agréable aussi. Super l'équipe, bonne continuation à vous. Génial.

J'ai payé mon billet mais j'ai oublié de le valider.
Du coup, l'agent contrôleur m'a tiraillé par une amende de 72 euros et une amende de 150 euros par non présentation de ma carte d' identité.
J'ai faits 4 mails et au bout de dernier . J'ai eu une réponse négative pour me dira qu'il faut payer de suite et il rajouter 100 euros de pénalités de retard ...
Je vous demandes de me soutenir et de me raconter si vous avez eu ce genre de problème avec cette société...
