Le Pré aux Clercs follows in the footsteps of Michelin-starred chef Georges Blanc, as evidenced by the restaurant's decor, which praises good living and good eating. The menu, with its bistronomic flair, features seasonal produce and attracts a large crowd of Dijon locals and tourists every day. Chef Dawei Wang has reappropriated Georges Blanc's dictum: "Without passion, there is no elevation" to create a modern menu blending local produce with Asian-inspired flavors. Tout était assez bon, jusqu'à ce que je manque de me casser deux fois la dent sur la chevrotine de la cartouche, que j'ai attrapée deux fois dans le plat de faisan. Le personnel s'est excusé et a expliqué que l'oiseau était sauvage et que le restaurant n'était pas responsable de la présence de grenaille dans le plat, alors payez le plat et réparez vous-même votre dent pour quelques milliers d'euros. Attention ⚠️

Très bon restaurant avec un très bon service des serveurs souriant et très agréable, petite musique agréable, et une cuisine tellement exceptionnel, sa faisais longtemps que je n’avais pas aussi bien manger, bravo à toute l’équipe, merci pour ce moment !
