Le Pré aux Clercs follows in the footsteps of Michelin-starred chef Georges Blanc, as evidenced by the restaurant's decor, which praises good living and good eating. The menu, with its bistronomic flair, features seasonal produce and attracts a large crowd of Dijon locals and tourists every day. Chef Dawei Wang has reappropriated Georges Blanc's dictum: "Without passion, there is no elevation" to create a modern menu blending local produce with Asian-inspired flavors. We love the round-the-clock service and spacious terrace.
