MAISON MILLIERE
Good food to be tasted in the oldest house in Dijon.
It is in the historical heart of Dijon, close to the owl, that you will discover the Maison Millière. Built in 1483, this remarkable house is not only the oldest in the city, but it also proposes to discover Burgundy through good home-made dishes. Eggs in meurette with pinot noir, beef cheek with Burgundy sauce, farm chicken with chanterelle sauce, forest snail puff pastry... Chef Grégoire Lieutet's cuisine is full of fine and delicate dishes. The garden is to be discovered, as well as the beautiful interior terrace.
