crêpes and dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients by Axel Le Pomellec and Tristan Poussard
In 2010, Axel Le Pomellec and Tristan Poussard created this successful fast-food brand based on a simple idea - to sell quality crêpes to eat in or take away, in keeping with Breton tradition. It arrived in Dijon with the expansion of the Toison d'Or, and we're delighted! The galette recipes are not very original (wholemeal, goat-honey, raclette, spinach, smoked salmon...) but the products are fresh and of high quality. The choice is wider for the crêpes. We loved the crêpes with Nutella Smarties, candy, banana or whipped cream (your choice)! And why not stop by at snack time for an ultra-gourmet treat like a waffle or an ice-cream sundae? We can't resist! And for a quick lunch break, it's much better than a sandwich, isn't it? The only downside: the welcome can be icy, and you often have to be patient before being served..
