a homemade cuisine based on fresh produce behind the Place de la République
Substation and warm atmosphere. Located behind the Republic Square, the "Salsa", as called the Dijonnais, is the place to go if you are looking for a change! Its festive evenings, its Tuesday horse and its salsa courses are well known but less than the place is also an open lunch and evening restaurant. On the menu? Sympas or fajitas, a nice choice of tapas (tortillas, squid, planchas…), homemade dishes, bœuf, gambas and burbot à. We love the Guapa formula, with taco and coffee gourmand. Our favorite? The taco salsa: salad, smoked salmon, salmon and shrimp ravioles, lawyer and grapefruit. It's cool and home! To be tasted with a mojito or one of the foreign wines proposed on the map: Mexico, Chile, Spain, Portugal, Australia, California or South Africa. An original wine list! If you're working in the Republic area or if you're going to the corner at lunchtime, here's the ideal address for a hot break and sunny plates. In the evening, think about reserving and coming early because the place turns into a busy dance trail.
