Restaurant offering 100% homemade Mexican cuisine in Dijon.
Tex A Way is a fast food proposal 100% Mexican, home-made from raw products, created by Jason Guyot. This young entrepreneur did not skimp on the means. The establishment is located in the heart of downtown, in a room located at the entrance of the Dauphine Center, completely renovated, decorated with care in red tones that remind of Mexican chili. You can sit inside, on the first floor or upstairs, or on the terrace on the few tables recently installed. On the menu, burritos as well as muchitos, the creation of the house which is, in fact, a bigger burrito for the big hungers. To garnish them, several proposals: beef, shrimp, chicken or vegetarian. To spice it up, there are homemade sauces, some of them very spicy! You can accompany your burrito with a Mexican soup, coleslaw salad or nachos. For dessert, let yourself be tempted by the rather original choco-pimento muffin. New: quesadillas as a side dish, a Mexican grocery store (with a delicious cactus chocolate!) and maybe soon a home delivery service... To be continued.
