The famous Tran Express restaurant is changing its name to Tran - Niveau 1, in reference to its location on the 1st floor of the Toison d'Or shopping center. But rest assured, the dishes that made its reputation are still cooked here. Sushi, caramel pork and cashew chicken still delight lovers of Asian gastronomy. Special mention must be made of the traditional bò bún, not forgetting their famous bubble tea, the perfect accompaniment to their iced mochi.
